Pool area was clean and relaxing. Wi-Fi was reliable but bathroom was cramped.

I had a decent stay at the Best Western in Okmulgee. The check-in process was smooth, and the receptionist was welcoming. The parking lot stood out. it was clean and easy to navigate. My room was functional, featuring a fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. Breakfast included a great mix of options like waffles, eggs, and biscuits. I appreciated the variety. However, the shower water pressure was inconsistent. The temperature knob didn’t seem to work right. I struggled to adjust the water, which was frustrating. Also, I noticed a slight odor in the hallway that hinted at smoking from some of the rooms. It wasn’t overpowering, but it was noticeable. Overall, my experience had good moments, but the maintenance issues could use some attention.

The bed was uncomfortable, but the fridge and microwave were quite useful.

i really enjoyed my stay at best western! the hotel is located on the outskirts of town, making it a peaceful spot. my king room was very comfortable and clean. the staff was super friendly, and they even told me all about the delicious breakfast options they offered. everything was well-kept, especially the lobby.
